“Flipping that switch” gets harder over time, so today we look at how you can more consistently be in your "intrinsic zone" so things feel right. We talk about ways to keep wasted time from snowballing along with finding passion and motivation outside of speed or a race time. We get better and faster by truly finding joy in the process. And by simple things like improvement and alleviating weaknesses. Today, we get into how that all ties together to find contentment and reward in this sport for a long time.
