It’s one thing to believe “anything is possible” but another to think “everything” is possible. Today, we talk about the best ways to use your offseason both mentally and physically. How to stay on track if you miss a workout or have a hiccup in your new diet. This is a great time of year to build for down the road, and do it without guilt or a self defeating mentality. It takes a lot of energy in the beginning to build a new habit, but eventually the new you will be on auto pilot. You just have to get there . . . and it’s a process.
