This one is all about getting more results and enjoyment out of your training. Be creative and make things work. Don't trudge through training tired and uninterested. A little undertrained is always better than being overtrained. Both for the race and your longevity. Do this for the right reasons and find ways to make training GIVE you energy, not take it away.
