The swim set up, transitions, spectators, and maybe most importantly — a pretty big change to run aid stations. We’ll look at several ways to make sure you are on top of your mental and physical game in the new Ironman environment. We also get into why cycling in cold is harder and why it’s important to be flexible with your nutrition.
