It’s one thing to believe “anything is possible” but another to think “everything” is possible. Today, we talk about the best ways to use your offseason both mentally and physically. How to stay on track if you miss a workout or have a hiccup in your new diet. This is a great time of year to build for down the road, and do it without guilt or a self defeating mentality. Robbie takes a tour of the Houston Astros stadium before the World Series and they guys use a few baseball analogies with triathlon. Then the conversation goes into refreshing off-season training along with removing layers of season long fatigue.
